This document constitutes a public offer for the provision of services by Styleify to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”).
1. General Provisions
1.1. This offer is addressed to any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as “Customer,” and represents an official invitation to enter into an agreement under the terms set forth in this document.
1.2. Acceptance of the offer through payment by the Customer means the conclusion of an agreement between the Customer and the Service Provider.
1.3. If you do not agree with any terms, the Service Provider provides you with the right to refuse to enter into the agreement.
2. Terms and Definitions
Offer — this document with proposal to enter into agreement
Acceptance of the Offer — payment by the Customer
Services — providing access to Styleify with AI tools
Platform — Styleify website at https://styleify.site and Telegram bot @StyleifyBot
Credits — internal currency for AI usage payments
3. Subject of the Agreement
3.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with services related to providing access to Styleify, and the Customer undertakes to pay for the specified services.
Styleify provides:
- • AI models for image styling
- • Generative AI models for content creation
- • Image processing and editing tools
- • Diffusion AI models for creating unique content
3.4. Services are provided remotely through the Platform, accessible at: https://styleify.site and via Telegram bot @StyleifyBot
4. Acceptance of the Offer
4.1. Acceptance of this Offer by the Customer is carried out by:
- 4.1.1. Registration on the Platform
- 4.1.2. Payment for the Service Provider's Services
4.2. Performance of specified actions is an expression of full agreement with the terms of this Offer.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
Service Provider Obligations:
- • Provide access to Services
- • Ensure Platform operation
- • Provide technical support
Customer Obligations:
- • Pay for Services
- • Comply with Agreement terms
- • Ensure data confidentiality
6. Cost and Payment
6.1. The Provider may offer new users introductory credits for testing the Platform functionality. The amount and terms of such credits are determined by the Provider.
6.2. Current prices for Services are indicated on the Platform and depend on the selected pricing plan.
6.3. Payment is made in one lump sum and in full. All prices include applicable taxes.
6.7. Unused credits are retained by the Customer and do not expire. Their validity period is unlimited.
7. Refund Terms
7.1. Refunds are possible if the Customer has not started using the Services.
7.2. To request a refund, contact: inbox@styleify.site
7.3. Requests are reviewed within 21 business days.
8. Liability of the Parties
8.1. For non-performance of obligations, each Party bears responsibility in accordance with applicable legislation.
8.4. The Customer bears responsibility for using content created with Styleify.
8.5. The Customer undertakes to use Services in accordance with applicable laws.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All rights to results created by the Customer in the process of using Styleify belong to the Customer.
9.4. The Customer has the right to use created materials in full, including for commercial use.
