1. General Provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) establishes the rules and procedures for processing personal data of individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as Users) carried out by Styleify.site.
1.2. Styleify.site acts as a data controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1.3. The Policy applies to all Users of Styleify, regardless of their citizenship or location.
1.4. If the User disagrees with the terms of this Policy, the User must immediately stop using Styleify.

2.1. In the process of Users' interaction with Styleify, we collect and process only the personal data necessary to ensure functionality and stable operation of the Service.
Registration data:

- • Name and surname (if provided voluntarily)
- • Profile avatar (if uploaded voluntarily)
Interaction data:

- • Image processing results

Telegram bot @StyleifyBot data:
- • Telegram user ID
- • First and last name from Telegram profile

- • Text prompts and uploaded images for generation
Technical data:

- • Browser type and operating system
- • Pages visited

2.3. We do not collect special categories of personal data (health data, racial origin, political views, religious beliefs).
3. Purposes of Data Processing
3.1. Ensuring Styleify Functionality:
- • User registration and identification
- • Processing uploaded images
- • Applying styles using AI

3.3. Third-Party Services
To provide our Services, we engage the following third-party providers:
- AI model providers — for image generation, video generation and content processing. Data transferred: text prompts and uploaded images.
- Hosting provider — database and file storage. Data stored: registration data, generations, transactions.
- Error monitoring service — to ensure service stability. Technical data may be transferred (email and IP are filtered out).
- Payment providers — payment processing. Data transferred: amount, order ID.
- Web analytics service — to analyze Service usage. Data transferred: visit data (with cookie consent only).
Payment card data (card numbers, CVV) is not stored by the Company and is processed exclusively by certified payment providers in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
